Belt and pulley maintenance
(1) The transmission belt should not be twisted and sharply bent. The minimum bending diameter D of the timing belt is shown in Figure 2 and Table 2.
(2) During storage and transportation, avoid direct sunlight, rain and snow immersion; prevent contact with substances such as acid, halogen, organic solvents, water vapor and other products that affect product performance.
(3) Storage at room temperature, the general temperature is -20 ~ 50; and at least one meter away from the heat source.
(4) During storage, it should be prevented from being deformed by excessive weight. It should not be folded and stacked. Do not place the belt directly on the ground. The belt should be hung on the shelf or placed flat on the shelf.
(5) The finished product of the pulley should be stored and transported in a dry and ventilated environment, and the finished product of the pulley should be rust-proofed.
(6) Belt drive should be added to the protective cover to ensure ventilation and sewage.
